Scientific Conference “Kitsch in Management: Determinants and Functions, Carriers and Propagators”, 23 May 2024
The scientific conference “Kitsch in Management: Determinants and Functions, Carriers and Propagators” concludes a project involving 40 researchers from several countries representing disciplines such as management, marketing, media, education, political science, sociology, philosophy, law, psychology, aesthetics, and art.
During the conference, research results will be presented, showing kitsch phenomena at micro (self-management), meso (organizations and groups), and macro (society, culture) levels, emphasizing the role of kitsch in the management process, manifestations and forms of kitsch, and kitsch as a feature of managed content.
The conference’s honorary guests will be:

The conference will be held in a hybrid format: in-person at the Collegium Civitas and online (details for online participation will be provided later).
