Political scientist, philosopher, expert in Polish-Germans relations and European integration. Professor at Collegium Civitas. 1998 – 2015 lectured at Warsaw University. Author of books and numerous publications on international relations, history of political thought, history of Europe.

Editor-in-chief of „Nowa Europa. Przegląd Natoliński” (New Europe. Natolin Review) and the co-founder of “Teologia Polityczna” (Political Theology) yearly. 2007 Polish negotiatior of the European Union Lisabon Treaty.
