He scientifically deals with discourse analysis, examining topics such as birth control in the Polish People’s Republic, the migration crisis, species protection policy and decommunization of public space.
He teaches students in the fields of qualitative data analysis, critical discourse analysis, multimodal analysis and effective scientific communication. In the past, he also conducted anti-discrimination workshops for young people at various stages of education.
He published, among others, in “Conservation & Society” and “Sociological Studies”.
Member of the board of the Social Communication Research Section of the Polish Sociological Association.
Privately, he is interested in music and, more broadly, pop culture, critical philosophy and postcolonial studies, religious studies and the history of antiquity and the Middle Ages. A resident of Gdynia, he spends his free time hiking in the forest and exploring Kashubia.
