Dear Candidates:

The intake 2024/2025 starts on March 20, 2024. The Winter Semester starts on October 1, 2024.

For international candidates, the admissions deadline is September 2, 2024.

Due to the time-consuming visa procedures resulting from the number of candidates interested in studying in Poland we strongly encourage candidates from South Asia, MENA, and African countries to apply no later than August 19, 2024.

For Polish residents or foreigners, who have been granted a residence permit to settle in Poland (Karta pobytu) the admissions deadline is September 16, 2024.

Admissions procedure step by step:

    Find the right course for you If you are not sure which course at Collegium Civitas would suit you best please visit our website: academic offer

    Fill in an Application Form

    Pay the application fee

    Submit your application as early as possible You have to upload the required documents via on-line admissions platform. Check out the list of documents that you need to submit to apply.

    Outcome of the assessment. Within 5 days you will receive information concerning the outcome of your application through the Collegium Civitas on-line admissions platform. Please note that in special circumstances the assessment can take longer than 5 days.

    Pay the tuition fee and sign the University-Student Agreement

    Reception of the official Acceptance Letter. We will issue a final Acceptance Letter as soon as your payment is confirmed. The letter will be sent to you by post.

    Bachelor diploma with a copy of a transcript of records with grading scale. A transcript is an official written document which lists and certifies previous school achievements and explains the grading system applied.

    Apostille of the Bachelor’s degree certificate

    If a university degree certificate has been issued by an institution working in an education system of the country participating in the Hague Convention of 5 October 1961, legalization is carried out in the form of Apostille placed in the original document or attached to it.

    The register of the countries belonging to the Convention or the institutions entitled to issuing Apostille can be obtained here

    Notarized or sworn translation of a Bachelor’s degree certificate and transcript of records with a grading scale into Polish or English

    English certificate
    Candidates should send a certificate of English proficiency unless they have finished their education in English. Medium of Instruction letter (sample) from the awarding institution needs to be sent. This confirms that the qualification was taught in English. Candidates without MOI letter must send a certificate of English proficiency. Here is a list of tests and passing scores that we accept.

 

Candidates with non EU, OECD, EFTA diploma

    Apostille or Legalization of the Bachelor’s degree certificate

    If a university degree certificate has been issued by an institution working in an education system of the country participating in the Hague Convention of 5 October 1961, legalization is carried out in the form of Apostille placed in the original document or attached to it.

    If your country is not participating in the Hague Convention of 5 October 1961 you should present a Legalization of your Bachelor degree certificate. The legalization can be issued by:

    – the Polish consul in the country where the university degree certificate was issued or in the country in which the education system and University operate;

    – education authorities in the country where a university degree certificate was issued or in the country in which education system and University operate;

    – an embassy or consulate of the country where the university degree certificate was issued, located in Poland, in other EU, EFTA or OECD countries, or in the country in which the education system and University operate.

    Official confirmation concerning your eligibility to apply for Master programmes

    Copy of a certificate stating that the submitted Bachelor diploma entitles the holder to apply for Master studies in the country of issue (only if there is no such a comment/line stating such an entitlement on the diploma/transcript). Such a statement should be issued or certified by:

    – the institution that issued the Bachelor diploma

    – the education authorities of the country that issued the aforementioned Bachelor diploma or in whose system of education the University operates

    The confirmation concerning your eligibility to apply for Master programmes is not necessary in the case of:

    – diplomas or other documents issued by Universities operating in education systems of EU, OECD or EFTA members, which allow access to higher education institutions in those countries (at present: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Chile, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Spain, the Netherlands, Ireland, Iceland, Israel, Japan, Canada, South Korea, Lichtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Malta, Mexico, Germany, Norway, New Zealand, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Sweden, Turkey, USA, Hungary, United Kingdom, Italy).

    – diplomas issued in countries with which Poland has signed bilateral agreements concerning the recognition of education for example: China, Ukraine (diplomas issued under agreements which have expired will still be recognized on the basis of those agreements).
