Athenaeum. Polskie Studia Politologiczne is co-published by Civitas University and Adam Marszałek Publishing House

Athenæum. Polish Political Science Studies is a quarterly, peer-reviewed academic journal dedicated to political science and international relations. The publication is co-edited by 22 academic centers across Poland. It operates under the patronage of the Polish Political Science Association (PTNP) and the Political Science Committee of the Polish Academy of Sciences (PAN).

The journal appears in both print (primary version) and electronic formats. Every fourth issue is published in English, ensuring international visibility and accessibility.

The journal adheres to the ethical standards of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), fully implemented since 2017. Authors are required to confirm compliance with these standards, and the journal maintains a rigorous anti-plagiarism policy.

Open Access and Author Rights
Publication in Athenaeum is free of charge. Authors may self-archive final published articles and accepted manuscripts on personal websites, institutional repositories, or academic platforms. Articles may also be used for educational and other non-commercial purposes, with appropriate citation. Other forms of reuse require publisher permission.

When distributing or citing materials, authors must include a full bibliographic reference, a link to the journal website, and the article’s DOI.
