- Transcript of records with a minimum of 3.75 GPA on a 5-point scale
- The result of the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) score at least 87 iBT or International English Language Testing System (IELTS) score at least 6.0 (not needed for native English speakers)
- CV
- Two recommendation letters by people familiar with your academic performance and/ or involvement in extracurricular activities
- 2 passport photos (sample)
- Receipt of payment of the Application Fee of 85 PLN paid to Collegium Civitas.
The application fee can be paid via the electronic payment system PayU. In order to make a payment, you should log into the on-line admissions platform

Additional requirements during the studies:
In order to progress to SDU, CC Magister degree students are asked to submit to SDU the following documents in English:
- Notarized copy of the passport with translation
- Diploma and application (original and notarized copy)
- List of scientific and scientific-methodical works (if any)
- Medical certificate 086-U (chest X-ray)
- Notarized copy of the employment record (if any)
- Certificate of foreign language exam (IELTS, TOEFL)
- 6 photos 3×4
- Admission fee (3930 KZT)
- Contribution for participation in the foreign language exam (Halyk Bank, 4200 KZT) in the absence of a certificate of passing the foreign language exam (IELTS, TOEFL ITP)
- Transcripts with a minimum of 3.44 GPA on a 5-point scale
