We are proud to announce that the Management Department, Collegium Civitas has been certified as Journey to Changemaker Program 2021-2023 by the international Ashoka organization.

Katarzyna A. Przybyła, Head of the Strategic Peace and Conflict Studies at Collegium Civitas will be conducting lectures during the Winter School “Transforming 21st Century Conflicts” held by the University of Padua in February.  

Between November and December 2021 the 8th edition of the training “Internationalisation of Higher Education” was held. 66 participants – representatives of Ukrainian universities took part in the programme.

Due to the holiday break Collegium Civitas International Cooperation and Promotion Office will be closed between December 23 and 28, on December 31, on January 1 and on January 6. Our warmest wishes for a happy Holiday Season and all the best for the New Year 2022!

APAIE is a prestigious international conference bringing together thousands of professionals in the field of international education. The 2022 edition will be held between March 27 and March 30 on-site in Vancouver and simultaneously online. On December 10 Katarzyna Anna Przybyła, Collegium Civitas lecturer participated in the 9th edition of the Warsaw Dialogue for Democracy (WDD). The 2021 edition was dedicated to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on democratic societies.  

We are pleased to inform you that Dr. Krzysztof Kasianiuk obtained his post-doctoral degree (habilitation) in the field of social sciences in the discipline of political science and administration. Congratulations!!

The conference “UN Security Council: Is it worth being a non-permanent member?” was held by Collegium Civitas in partnership with the Swiss Embassy in Poland on November 19. To hear more details and interesting conclusions please see the video recording of the conference.

In November Dr Magdalena El Ghamari and Dr Marek Troszyński, Collegium Civitas presented the results of their research in the project “Migrants. Analysis of media discourse on migrants” at two seminars in Kosovo and Albania.
