On October 23, 2024, in Washington D.C., the Magna Charta Universitatum (MCU) held its annual symposium titled "Universities, Governments, and Democracy: International Challenges and Lessons Learned." The MCU is a document that outlines principles of academic freedom and institutional autonomy. Collegium Civitas, a signatory of the MCU, was represented at the symposium by the Vice-Rector for International Relations, Dr. Katarzyna Maniszewska.

On September 24th-29th Dr. Dr. Roland Zarzycki visited Vietnam National University in Hanoi within the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility framework. The Vietnam National University was founded in the year 1945, replacing the University of Indochina (1906), and today is one of the leading and most prestigious universities in Vietnam.
