During the 2024 ESA Conference in Portugal, Dr. Katarzyna Iwińska visited the University of Porto, a long-term research partner of Collegium Civitas. The universities have collaborated on multiple projects, including the WISE initiative (2015-2017) and the PASSION project (2019-2022), both led by Dr. Iwińska.

On September 19th, Collegium Civitas had the honor of hosting the 48th European Students’ Convention, an event organized by the European Students' Union (ESU) and the Students’ Parliament of the Republic of Poland. This prestigious conference, returning to Poland after an eight-year hiatus, began on Thursday and continued through Sunday, September 22nd.

Collegium Civitas becomes part of the Merito Group

On September 10, 2024, Collegium Civitas joined the Merito Group, the largest network of non-public universities in Poland, which includes WSB Merito Universities and the University of Lower Silesia (DSW) in Wrocław. Despite this integration, Collegium Civitas will maintain its unique brand, name, and legal identity.
