The admission for the spring semester 2022/2023 to our study programmes in English is open. Study at Collegium Civitas and experience the highest quality of teaching in a multicultural learning community. The spring semester 2022/23 starts on February, 14 with registration to courses and the classes start on March 1. The admissions deadline is February 3, 2023.

Career Center CC will run under the new name Academic Careers Office (ACO)

From January 1, 2023, Career Center Collegium Civitas will run under the new name Academic Careers Office (ACO) at Collegium Civitas. The change is not only a new name for the unit but most of all its goal is to increase emphasis on connecting the academic world with business. New ACO will continue to operate as the platform for communication and meetings for Students and Graduates with employees.

Dr Dr Roland Zarzycki participated in “Failure in Science” conference

On December 12th-14th Dr Dr Roland Zarzycki participated in "Failure in Science" conference in Hannover, meant to strengthen international networks conducting research on failure and the role it plays both in society and science in particular. The thematic week included classical presentations and panels as well as experiments such as a nonconventional F*** up Tales event, where participants shared and analyzed their personal stories of failing in science.

Dr Dr Roland Zarzycki at Bursa Uludağ Üniversitesi

On December 19th-22nd Dr Dr Roland Zarzycki visited Bursa Uludağ Üniversitesi in Bursa within the Erasmus + Staff Mobility framework. During his visit, Dr Dr Zarzycki run a number of classes for Bachelor and Master students of Bursa Uludağ Üniversitesi, including a lecture on the sociology of ideology.

The Winter School “Transforming 21st Century Conflicts” offers a full week of intensive online learning, focused on the issue of promoting secure and inclusive societies through the adoption of innovative perspectives and tools. The project is organized by the University of Padua (Collegium Civitas is one of the partner universities) within the framework of “Shaping a World-Class University”.

Dr Roland Zarzycki at Abat Oliba CEU University

Dr Dr Roland Zarzycki, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs visited Abat Oliba CEU University in Barcelona within the Erasmus + Teaching Mobility framework. During his visit Dr Dr Zarzycki conducted lectures including a short introduction to critical thinking as well as a workshop in sociology of identity. Also, a seminar on managing HEI was run by Dr Dr Zarzycki and attended by Abat Oliba staff members.

On November 22 Collegium Civitas hosted a delegation of academics representing Marmara University (Marmara Üniversitesi), Istanbul, Türkiye. The meeting was an opportunity to strengthen academic cooperation and relations in regard to the field of teaching and research as well as student and faculty exchange under the Erasmus+ programme.
