The Governing Council of the Magna Charta Observatory has considered application submitted by Collegium Civitas and our university has been accepted to become a signatory of the Magna Charta Universitatum – MCU2020. We are proud to become part of the MCU initiative.

Collegium Civitas International Diamonds Scholarship Program

Collegium Civitas has established the International Diamonds Scholarship Program for the studies in English. There are a total of six places with covered tuition for the first semester of studies 2022/2023 conducted in English at our university: three for bachelor’s degree programs and  three for master’s degree programs. The admissions for the new academic year open on April 19.

Between March 27 and March 31 APAIE conference was held. APAIE is a prestigious international event bringing together thousands of professionals in the field of education. The programme featured a session on Sustainable Development Goals with presentations by Collegium Civitas Vice-Rectors: Dr Katarzyna Maniszewska and Dr Roland Zarzycki. The session was chaired by Prof. Masahiko Gemma, APAIE Director and Vice President for International Affairs from Waseda University, Japan.

New scientific journal by Internal Security Agency

Dr. Paulina Piasecka, Director of the Terrorism Research Center (TRC), was appointed as a member of the Scientific Board of the semi-annual journal “Terrorism - studies, analyzes, prevention,” published by the Polish Internal Security Agency. Dr. Katarzyna Maniszewska, TRC expert and Vice-Rector for International Relations, is among the scientific reviewers of the journal.

Summer School: Security and Society in the Information Age

Between June and July the online Summer School will be hosted by Collegium Civitas combining the two-week intensive course "Central Europe & Security Issues" with a four-week research internship with the Terrorism Research Center. Enrollment deadline is May 15.

We are pleased to announce the launch of the mStudia mobile application. We invite Collegium Civitas students to download the app that facilitates contact with the university and the use of student services. We also encourage lecturers to use the application.

Dr Roland Zarzycki, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Collegium Civitas was appointed as a Representative of the Polish Union of Education to the European Federation of Education Employers. The European Federation of Education Employers (EFEE) is a dynamic organisation established in 2009 to represent the interests of employers in the strategic and highly diverse European education sector.
