The admission for the academic year 2022/2023 to the master’s degree programme in Strategic Peace and Conflict Studies (SPACS) in partnership with the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) is open.

This semester test classes with an interactive online course "Sustainable Development. How to solve complex environmental problems?" have started. The course was implemented at Collegium Civitas and partner universities from Greece, UK, Portugal and Sweden participating in the PASSION project.

The first scholarly volume “International Security Studies. Graduate Research Projects” has just been published. The book brings together a unique series of research papers by international students of Collegium Civitas university, Warsaw, Poland and it's part of the master’s degree program International Security Studies.

Dr Roland Zarzycki, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Collegium Civitas was appointed as a Representative of the Polish Union of Education to the European Federation of Education Employers. The European Federation of Education Employers (EFEE) is a dynamic organisation established in 2009 to represent the interests of employers in the strategic and highly diverse European education sector.

Due to the unprovoked act of Russian aggression and the extremely difficult situation in Ukraine, the authorities of Collegium Civitas decided to simplify the recruitment conditions for candidates for studies and students arriving from Ukraine to study at Collegium Civitas.

In March 2022 Collegium Civitas received the certificate European School of Sustainability Sciences and Research 2022-2024. ESSSR is an inter-university consortium composed by members which share an interest on sustainability science and on matters related to sustainable development.

Following the invasion of Ukraine by the Russian Federation, the European University Association (EUA), which represents more than 850 universities and national rectors’ conferences in 48 European countries, stands in solidarity with the university students and staff of Ukraine as well as with the entire population of the country.

Inspired by our Students, Lecturers and Employees, Collegium Civitas decided to establish a special Fund to Help Students and Employees of Collegium Civitas and their Families from Ukraine. We would like to ask all of you who are ready to financially support this initiative for your contributions to the dedicated Collegium Civitas bank account.

The academic community in Poland issued a statement on the Russian aggression against Ukraine. "We express our absolute solidarity with the entire Ukrainian nation and our support for Ukraine as a sovereign state." - wrote the representatives of Polish academic institutions.

In connection with this morning's information about the armed attack of the Russian Federation on Ukraine, by the decision of the Vice-Rector for Student Affairs at Collegium Civitas, the following team was established today Team for Assistance to Students from Ukraine.
