On the list of scientific journals and reviewed materials from international conferences published on July 17, 2023, the Ministry of Education and Science awarded the journal "Zoon Politikon" 40 points. On the previous list, 20 points were assigned to the journal.

Sociology at Collegium Civitas ranks first in the prestigious ELA ranking

The field of sociology (second-cycle studies) at Collegium Civitas won the first place in the latest ELA ranking (Polish Graduate Tracking System), published at https://ela.nauka.gov.pl. First degree studies in the field of sociology were also on the podium, taking 3rd place. The ELA ranking is a significant and reliable system for monitoring the economic situation of graduates on the labor market.

90% of Collegium Civitas students are satisfied with their studies

According to the latest "Collegium Civitas Student Satisfaction Survey for the 2022-2023 academic year," CC's Centre for Strategic Analysis prepared, 90% of students are satisfied with studying at Collegium Civitas. Students appreciated both the high quality of education, the professional work of the administration and the friendly atmosphere surrounding the education process. 80% have a favourable view of student life.

Between June 25 and July 1, the 20th ISA World Congress of Sociology took place in Melbourne, Australia. Collegium Civitas was represented by Dr Katarzyna Iwińska, Dr Marek Troszyński and Dr Dr Roland Zarzycki. In addition, Dr Jacek Bieliński co-authored a paper presented during the Congress.

New book on radicalization has just been published by Collegium Civitas. The collection of papers was edited by Prof. Paweł Kuczyński. In Poland, like everywhere radicalization process begins in the heads but also begins online. It is like a viral disease which finds growth conditions in places affected by severe consequences of inflation, pandemic and the war in Ukraine.

The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between Collegium Civitas and RK University in June 2023 establishes a framework for academic and research collaboration between the two institutions.
